There is very big history of Camera’s/Photography. Let’s not indulge into the ancient history of Photography. “Photography is the art, application and the pratice of creating durable images and so on and on…………………………………………………………………etc……………………………???

What actually is Photography?

Typically, according to the of defination of Oxford dictionary photography is ‘the art or pratice of taking and processing’. But, the question is are you happy/satisfied by this wordy defination from Oxford dictionary, I am NOT!!! Peter Adams well said,

“Great photography is about depth of feeling, not depth of field”

This is what a photographer actually means. It is not the art or practice of something, instead it is the feeling with which the photographer captures the particular moment from insight of his/her soul.

“Photography for me is not looking, it’s feeling. If you can’t feel what you are looking at, then you’re never going to get other’s to feel anything when they look at your picture.”
                                                                                                                        – Don McCullin
